Red Hat- Feelings
Emotions, intuitions, gut instinct, hunches.
White Hat - Facts Information, data.
Green Hat– Creativity Different ideas, new ideas, alternative.
Yellow Hat– Benefits Good points, plus points, positives.

Black Hat– Cautions
Difficulties, weaknesses, dangers, bad points, judgment.
Blue Hat– Process Thinking about thinking, organisation of thinking, planning for action, what thinking is needed.
